老弟的法式燉蛋


老弟的小溱喬出生已兩個月,工人也換了兩個,他曾妄想自己可以照顧BB之餘又可以返工。但弟婦的產假也快完了,他們還未為湊BB的事作打算,真是皇帝不急太監急,老弟還扭傷腳。幸好姐姐今日終於來喇!希望這姐姐能通過考驗吧!!老弟吃來吃去還是喜歡法式燉蛋,送給你這新爸爸,做爸爸真不易呀!


Crème Brulee

Ingredients:

Cream             150 g


Milk                    100 g


Sugar                25 g

Egg Yolk           80 g


Egg                    ½ pc


Salt                     A pinch


Vanilla Pod       1 Stick


Sugar                 1 Tsp


Method:


Bring cream, milk, vanilla pod and sugar to boil


Remove from heat, let infuse for about 10-15 mins


Stir in the egg yolk and whole egg,


Sieve the mixture


Divide into equal portions and bake in a water bath in the 130 preheat oven for about 30-40 mins


Chill and sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar on the crème brulee then blow with a gas touch until caramelized.
