今年參加的第一個示範,由恆天然公司主辦,烘焙協會協辦的Pastry Master Class,假九龍香格里拉酒店舉行。請來 MOF, Jean Francois Arnaud。他不單為法國名氣烹飪雜誌Thuries Magazine撰寫食譜,更將他出身自糕餅世家的優良傳統和技術培育下一代,為Pastry National School of Yssingeaux and for the French Culinary School In Asia, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) 作培訓導師。
這示範會Jean Francois大師為我們示範了三款乳品製作的甜點,並傳授了一些創作餅點的竅門,令大家獲益良多。
