自已最喜愛的甜品 - 吉士布丁


這個吉士布丁老幼咸宜,夏天做好放雪柜,雪凍食很清涼甘甜,食譜是從電視得來。


Custard Caramel


Condensed Milk                      160 g  


Milk                                             480 g


Egg                                           180g


Lime Peel                                 1 Pc               


Vanilla Pod                              As needed   


For the Caramel


Sugar                                                                 100 g    


Water                                                                30 ml     


Method:


Put 100 g sugar and 30 ml water to boil and continue to cook until the sugar become caramel


Divide the caramel into the bottom of the mould


Bring milk, condensed milk, vanilla pod and lime peel to boil


Remove from heat,Stir in the egg,Sieve the mixture


Pour in egg mixture


Bake in the water bath in a 140 preheat oven for about 30 mins


Chill until cool,Approx. 8 nos. of 100ml mould
